1. Who We Are

ZBaiArt ("we", "us", "our") operates zbaiart.com — a fan art community site. For any questions, reach us via Patreon.

2. Information We Collect

  • Patreon login — Your Patreon user ID, display name, and membership status and tier. We use these for your site account and member features. We don't ask for your email to log in.
  • Patreon member list — Patreon sends us membership updates and we read our member list, so someone who has never visited can still have a basic record: Patreon user ID, name or username, and membership status and tier.
  • Votes &件のリクエスト — Tied to your Patreon ID, to stop duplicates and show community stats.
  • ZBcoins & activity — Login activity, coin balances, achievements, and community actions, tied to your Patreon ID.
  • Actions while logged in — Named actions such as Patreon link clicks, shares, copies, profile actions, and coin spending, tied to your Patreon ID, with the page and source category.
  • ZB Cards and games — Your cards, packs, spending, and play history, tied to your Patreon ID.
  • Game notifications — If you turn these on, we store your device's push address and the hour you usually play.
  • Reports you send — Your message, the page, your browser user agent, and a hashed key made from your member ID or IP address. If you are logged in, also your Patreon ID, display name, and plan, and for game reports some facts about your game account. Discord gets only the report number and topic.
  • Invites — If you join through a member's invite, we record who invited you so they get their reward.
  • Session data — A login session cookie, and a remember-me cookie that lasts 180 days and renews as you use the site. It holds a random token; older cookies that held a Patreon ID are swapped for a token when next used.
  • Anonymous site traffic and performance — The page, a broad source (such as search or social), campaign label, device type, time, broad speed ratings, and whether a Characters or Series search found nothing. No IP address, exact speed timing, full referrer, browser fingerprint, Patreon identity, or search text is kept with these. Character views count the character and your tier, or no tier if you are signed out. Exact speed timings and script errors go to a short rolling log with no ID, IP address, or user agent. To stop duplicates and abuse we keep a hash of your IP address for a short time, never the address itself.
  • Download links — A download link needs no login. We keep nothing about who clicked and do not count downloads. Cloudflare stores and delivers the file, and its ordinary logs see the request.
  • Email alerts — Only if you sign up. Your email goes to our email provider for confirmation, and it may also get the signup source and date, the page, your IP address, and browser user agent. We do not import, buy, scrape, or manually add emails.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To verify your Patreon tier and grant appropriate content access.
  • To display vote counts, suggestion boards, and Hall of Fame rankings.
  • To see which pages and release links are useful and where speed needs work, using our own anonymous totals.
  • To send release alerts, weekly digests, and site updates, only after you confirm your signup.
  • We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or run ads.

4. Email Release 通知

You are added only after you confirm by email. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Emails are limited to release notifications, weekly digests, and site updates, and subject lines stay clear and non-explicit.

5. Service Providers

  • Patreon — Login and membership information.
  • Hostinger — Website hosting and the database. Its ordinary hosting, access, security, and diagnostic logs see site requests.
  • Cloudflare — A small Worker that we try first for the Patreon membership lookup at each login; we ask Patreon directly only if it finds no active tier. It handles your login token and Patreon's answer in transit, and we do not intentionally store either. Cloudflare also stores and delivers files opened from download links.
  • Discord — Release posts, ZB Cards goals and sets, and the number and topic of each report, with no member details.
  • Web push services (Google, Mozilla, Microsoft, or Apple) — Your device's push address and an empty message, only if you turn on game notifications.
  • Beehiiv or Mailchimp — Handles an email address only when you submit and confirm the email-alert form. Where the form is shown with Beehiiv, its script also gets your IP address and the page when the form loads.

6. Cookies & Sessions

All our cookies are our own, with no outside analytics or advertising cookies: a session cookie for login and one anonymous visit count per browser session each day; remember-me, 180 days and renewed as you use the site; age check, 365 days; invite code, 30 days; short login cookies, 10 minutes; and campaign labels, 30 days and renewed on each page, with a copy in this browser's local storage until you clear it. Patreon's own cookies fall under Patreon's Privacy Policy.

My ZB Library and Member Home are built from actions you explicitly take, such as Watch, votes, Suggestions, and saved notification preferences. Series Continue points are stored only when you press “Save my place here.” ZBaiArt does not build these member features from passive browsing history.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Login tokens are used only during the login request and are not saved in the member database. Account and community data stay until the account is deleted, with no automatic time limit, including after a Patreon membership ends. Anonymous traffic counts have no set time limit either. Some ZB Cards history is removed after 7 to 400 days, depending on the type.

Former-member recovery records are off by default. If turned on, they can include a hashed email address and expire within 90 days. You can delete your account from your Profile settings or ask us via Patreon. Account deletion removes member-linked account, profile, guestbook, props, activity, voting, suggestion, reward, game, report, notification preference, series-progress, and recovery records together. Only statistics with no identifier may remain. If you are still a member of our Patreon campaign after deleting, Patreon's membership updates can create a new basic record with the details in Section 2.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (EU/UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us via Patreon with any requests.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
